I hold a very good impression about this bank from my association with it, do not hold any other account however. Customer Service: Axis Bank has the best customer service among all banks of the country taken together. Opening an account is very simple and faster than in any other bank. On phone customer service is prompt enough to a greater satisfaction of the customer. If a customer comes to their office with an issue, it is resolved instantly and the customer is not made to wait for it. The ATM services of this bank are good too.
Office Ambiance: The ambiance in the office of Axis Bank is absolutely delighting. When one arrives to the office, the security person guides the customer to the respective officer.
Personal Loan Section: I have been closely associated with the Personal Loan Section when I borrowed from them. The personal loan is disbursed within three days after the application is submitted by the customer. Unlike any other bank, it offers a 2% cashback on the disbursed amount every year, if the customer pays the premium regularly. I have enjoyed this facility for three years. Over all, due to this incentive on personal loan, this bank left a great impression in me and I must say, no other bank in our country has this facility for customers. An excellent bank indeed to choose for everyone.
