Axis Bank has a very unprofessional attitude towards its customers. I recently opened my account there and though I received my debit card and cheque book within 4 days, the bank did not bother to deliver my pin even after 20 days of account opening. The normal time to receive a pin is 10 days. When I called their customer service, I was told the pin is lying with the bank’s branch.
Since I badly needed the pin, I myself went to the branch which is a good hour away from my house to collect it and those guys were not even apologetic about not dispatching the pin on time.
