This is like any other private bank. Lot of charges hidden nd open, total concentration on profit making and less on service. Though I have an account since last 12 yrs, it is like any self concentrated bank with fewer new products for clients.though Service at branch is good but ATMs always bother.
Call center is irritating. If you are a privilaged customer, you will be taken care little more otherwise it’s average.
