I informed about the scam page deduction immediately on 3rd Nov on axis bank titanium card, these guys just didn’t take any action to stop the deduction.Then I sent them dispute form on 6th nov along with email proofs, they kept sending useless emails of waiting for x no. of working days and kept asking me proofs without checking their emails.
Again on nov 13th I sent the revised form as requested by you but they didn’t check my email.I have also submitted the form in branch office and emailed them proofs.
Again on 17th Nov you have asked for revised form and supporting documents.Their reps are highly inefficient and cadual about dealing my case.It’s a matter of Rs10040.60 and interest of Rs 400 and these guys are playing these foul games with me.
Axisbank has taken the scam deduction as a source of earning.
