I have called customer support many a times to inform that I dont have an option to transfer my funds or pay my credit card bill online.
Even after speaking to the manager the issue was not resolved what so ever. This was escalated 4-5 months back and still the issue is not been resolved. Really, the service is so pathetic and the advisers dont know to speak properly nor assist. They also disconnect the call if asked to transfer the call to so called manager or TL.
Worst customer service ever!
