First of all guys don’t take any of credit card from Axis bank because they just rob in very decent manner, and Customer service is one of the worst example in India I ever seen, let me explain why have all this experience.
I am a cardholder of Axis Bank Saving account as well as Credit card and happy with the saving account but my Credit card no- 4718xxxxxxxxx3813 and same has been in use since 1 year and I have purchased one product and made it EMI for 9 month after consulting the Credit card executive and I was happy with the same. and given my EMI on time always but before my last Installment I came to know I have been charged the Processing Fee of around 4 to 5 thousand and same I have complained to Customer care for that I have to called up at least 5 to 7 times and always same answer we will let you know the same complained no are-75632283, 76125050 & 89143471 this was the last 3 complained and after all that I have been told our executive was informed you regarding processing fee. Then I request to Listen that Conversation what we had on that day then another story began that now you need to complained by Mail, that also I have started and it already took 01 month and Acknowledged mail are 7794664, 7878219 and others. Same answer we will get back in 02 working days still it is not solved, there is nothing called customer satisfaction and poor management from Axis bank
So guys don’t waste your precious time because of this Axis credit card and go for other Credit card and be safe and secure.
