I have recently got an this card from Axis bank it was very worst they said free of card once I purchased they are saying you need to pay for this they don’t have proper customer service also for pin they taken 15 days time and also customer center also will take 15-20 min to take calls as well as these people don’t know how to response the people I would like to suggest don’t go with this banks instead of you can buy other cards they don’t have offers also they promised something they given something don’t go with these people they will bug your money unnecessary I frustrated with Axis bank credit card I requested to cancel this card suddenly customer care people disconnected my call no response also go for HDFC or citi bank it was very good don’t go with these banks annualy you need to pay 1000 rupees that to you dont have proper credit limit they will give only 20K for 5lpa income its very bad friends don go with this bank.
