I have been using Hdfc, icici, and axis bank credit cards in last 8 years. Out of this axis bank is the worst. They have worst policies and worst customer support. Finally i cancelled axis bank card. Below is my story with details
I have been getting very pathetic service from axis bank by the past few months.No proper response from the bank officials side for my request to enhance the limit. Sent my documents on March 22nd. 9.15am. Till now they haven’t solved my request. I am not understanding why this much delay for a simple request like credit limit enhancement. I still remeber HDFC bank people has called me and increased my credit card limit in a minute without even asking for any documents ????.
Looks like axis bank people are still lives in 19th century.?? Moreover they always charge intrest for the entire bill amount, where other banks charge intrest only on the outstanding due. Which is the worst policy in banking?? no other banks will do it
Finally i requested to cancel the card. I will share my experiencewith my friends and family.?? Will share my story in social media for sure..Everyone should reject their product.. Looks like they handle these things very irresponsiblly. Dont go for any axis bank products ????
