Have Axis Bank My Zone credit card and I was really happy with this credit card and once On this credit card they offer 25% cash back on purchase of movie tickets but I have not received any cash back on purchase of tickets from Marthnahalli cinema house. I have already complain to Axis Bank but they said we can reversed this amount bcoz of some technical problem.but I have not got any refund from axis bank.it was really baf one from axis bank if they really cant full fill the given offer .why they have to guve any offer .really very dissapointed
