I am using this card since one month. I believed axis bank has good service/internet banking facility until I started using this card. I was kind of forced into buying this card by the bank agent of our company in Pune.
After I agreed, filled & submitted the form, the bank agent never called up again to confirm whether I have received my credit card. Following up with him & bank continuously, I got card eventually after 18 days from registration (he promised it within 5-7 days) which made me miss some important transaction dates.
The card started showcasing its real colours after its use. Okay, there are card insurance services, but one cannot be forced into buying the card covering insurances! The lady on phone wasn’t just ready to leave me alone & continued repeating the same thing, over and over again for 20 minutes (idiot)!
After a while, I decided to make the credit card payment online. The statement on axis bank credit card site won’t show up only! Really stupid service they are providing in this generation where everything is meant to be so fast & hassle-free.
Axis bank is nowhere near as far as credit card is concerned. I would strongly not recommend it.
