I had a bill of 86, 400/-. Somehow paid 86000/-. No intimation of the shortfall was provided to me, and got a debit interest charge of 4000/- in my next month bill.
No one in the customer service department (through emails and through calls) has been able to explain, why they have charged that much.
Choose Axis bank credit cards, if you have the energy to face totally incompetent customer service.
Goodbye Axis bank!!
