Pros - The store is in good location, has good selection of books and stationary items, staff knows how to locate things.
Cons - Returning/exchanging something, even defective goods, is difficult/not possible. I was made to run around to get a defective product exchanged, with the comment that all liability lies with the manufacturer, and that it is the manufacturer that needs to accept the return.
These days there are many others stores out there which do much better in this area, accepting returns and then dealing with the supplier on their own. Forget returning defective products, these stores would even accept ’change of mind’ returns.
