Worst experience

I had one of the worst experiences of my life with Axis Direct.While opening the account their local guy misplaced my Account opening form and these People deactivated my trading account. I was not even informed. Whenasked them they simply said sorry , recomplete all account opening formalities else we will not activate your account. Now when i urgently need to close my account , even after submitting all the forms for more than 15 days they have neither closed my trading account nor are they giving me any sufficient reason for non closure. Their customer care service is useless. Everytime i call up all they say is everything is under process and will be closed in 2 days. People please think twice before opting for them
