The infrastructure of the company sucks. Not an AC works a lot of fans are given to AMs and PLs. All CRT monitors and slower than snail PCs.
CEO and other BU heads have resigned / been laid off recently. Company is like a sinking ship. No business Ethics, any body can give you any explanations,
the 2’Managers’ sitting here are typical Lala’s who all have houses in Delhi/NCR with big loans they will do anything to save their a$es, least concerned about employee and its future. whatever employees do all the credit will be taken by 2 A$hole managers. One is mean and cunning and other is too stupid to understand the problem and resolve but they are skilled in blaming other and finding faults.(Every Employee wanna slap them)
No respect to employees - There is not a single good project in company but that dumb a$’Manager’ extended the work hours to 9.5 from 8.5.
Advice to Management:-
You have hired a lot of undeserving people(people from Call Centers etc.) as Leaders because of which deserving people have left and are all having bad Image, remove them, appease ex employees then only you have a future.
