I chose Axis logistics to store my household items in Bangalore for some time and then later decided to transport it to Kota, Rajasthan. But the experience was very bad.
*Glass Items were broken, clothes were spoiled**. My wife’s heavy sarees were all irreparably damaged.
*Items were lost**.- 2 of my luggages were missing. When I compained about it, I was told to come to bangalore and talk to them in person.
*They increased the price after dispatching the items** - They told me a price of 16K for transportation including everything and once the items were dispatched they gave me the bill with various other component that add up to 27K.
*They delivered items after 20 days** - They claimed that they will deliver the items withing 7-8 days. I kept calling them after 10th day and every day they lie about the status. On 17th day I called them and said I wont be in town for next 5 days, do not come during that time. When I came back and asked them to deliver they demanded another 5K as it was delay from my side.
I would say even if it cost more go for better and professional transport company instead of these cheaters.
