I wish I had a negative star to give to these stupid people. I gave them above market rate. They were supposed to come at 8:30 in the morning and came at 2:00 and then covered the truck at 4:00. We were moving from Gurgaon to Noida. No one knew each other they were all hired on the fly and were very unprofessional. In the end the driver started fighting with the company dealer and after packing and loading the truck driver refused to take my luggage.
They kept my luggage with them whole night and the next morning after hundred of calls a new truck came with new labour. They changed everything over night and broke almost everything. Everything was wet as well. They refused to unload my luggage unless I pay their full amount in advance. And that amount was 30% more than what was discussed.
The person named "Ravi Sheoran" started speaking in very rude manner, shouted a lot on phone and kept swearing. No one has ever talked to me like that before. In the end I had to pay the full amount before unloading the truck, even though everything was broken and furniture was ruined as well. This might well be the worst experience anyone has ever had before.
