This is a place where I hang out with my friends regularly, it is a mall present near Newtown bus stand and is the only mall in the area. Outside the mall there are few local shops of fast-food and tea.
Parking is present outside the mall and rates are 10 Rs per hour for bikes and 20 Rs per hour for cars. The parking guys are very friendly and I know them personally. The area for parking is big and can accommodate more than 100 cars. There is a parking space inside the mall also but I never parked there so I don’t have any idea about it, just that it costs more to park inside.
The building itself looks very retro type, there are new shops are opening up, so it may look bit empty but day by day the presence is improving and on weekends it becomes very crowded. There are no sitting areas inside the mall even the food court is closed for last one month.
The range of stores Start from Spencer, Globus, Pantaloons kids, cookie bar, few hookah parlours, few spa, breakout, Restaurant and bars, snow Park, sports club, bluzz, Archies, Bioscope, LP, bars and restaurants in 4th and 5th floor etc.
For value for money, I would say there are places here to spend time and which are cheaper than other places, so I think on that part it’s value for money.
