Poor quality service from Axis Softech.

Dear Mr Gyanesh, Good Evening!




  1. The words that I am going to pen here are aimed to make you aware of the poor quality of service that you are delivering to our organization. I am sorry to say but the services provided by you are not up to the mark and require immediate attention of the senior staff.




  2. As you are aware that, I have been a loyal customer to Axissofttech for the past 2 years and, I have time and again received great service from your tech/support team in the past which is one of the main reasons I time and again added various up-gradations to Globeltrip portal. But to my surprise, now-a-days I found some serious deficiency in the services to say that, I was at the receiving end of some very poor service from the support team. I understand that this are known to you as well.




  3. Globeltrip.com is facing technical problems for the past 1 year   and has no solution to these issues till date.




  4. You have transferred 66, 000/- from the soft cash deposit from the website illegally for replacing the existing HOtel API with new one without our consent. The new Hotel API is also not working. Waiting for your reply,
