Starting to End For employees:
You will easily get the job in the company because a non technical Employee will take interview and you will crack it easily.
then they will ask you for original document and will say its for surety that you will not leave the company.
Question is that who take original Document For 2, 3 years?
and what king of Surety you are looking for?
If someone wants change the job because of your poor system and cheap kind a behavior then why you forcefully takes Original Documents
SO if Someone Want to Check the company please Don’t Submit Your original Documents. If once you have Deposited You will have to work for axis For 3&4 yr even in between you can get a good opportunity.
Suppose someone is ready to fulfill all the conditions of there then they will not pay the salary.
salary ill come in 3 month that will be in installment suppose you get 40K You will Get Complete salary in 6 month 40 installment
And if you will Decide to leave the Company Forget your Due Salary and Documents Too.

SO if after this information you want to join the company GO and JOIN.
Same Issue For Client Do not Use there Services And if you think I am wrong then go for it But Don’t Pay 50% & 30% or any advance payment don’t pay first Use service For 10 Days And Book minimum 5 ticket from there portal Deferentially You will Leave the Company
Promise you there even single product Doesn’t Work and they Are making you fool.
Once ask there Ex services Taker you will be aware ask them they will tell you the real truth
