Banking service is fine to some extend but the online service and mobile app is not user friendly at all, always causes inconveniences during the login, showing errors and asking security question again and again even if you are type correctly. and the worst scenario is the their IT team could not able to solve this issue from the last 3 months and we thought they aren’t exists. however i’m going to close my account and i’ll never ever recommend this bank to anyone in my life.
