Never again.
I had to visit 10 times to close my dormat bank account. They just don’t do it. I visited the branch head , even then no action. Seems like , Axis bank is replaced with Impossible Bank and Axis bank employee is synonymous to inefficient employee. Wikipedia and Oxford dictionery just need to update it.
