Azote means Nitrogen, n yes u get fresh ice cream made right in front of you with liquid nitrogen. Outlet ambience is just like a science lab, blue dim lights and great ice creams. They have few flavours and trust me they are great. No sitting arrangement but there is a little space were one can enjoy ice cream standing. They not only provide ice cream but other bakery products too. I will visit them again for sure.
