Join this company only if you want to work a little and earn salary every month with no intention to grow and learn. Managers here are more like politicians with no or very little skill to manage people, especially managers in operations processes are pathetic. office politics is huge in this company and you can only grow if you are willing to become a pet of your manager.
The company does not allow cell phones to employees who are not in the management, can you believe it no cell phone access in today’s world. Also they do not allow sending mail access even within the organization to a majority of employees irrespective of their tenure in the company. The reason is this is not bank of america, its just any other BPO company and still not a good one. managers here have no balls to take big decisions regarding employee satisfaction.
Join BA continuum only if you have got no other option to join any other company.
