I recently had the experience of real shoddy customer experience at the hands of BU Bhandari Auto, Pashan Road, Pune.
The partial list of issues that made me classify it thus is as follows:
-> Wrong communication and commitments throughout the discussion, ordering, delivery stages
-> Throughout the experience, not even one action was completed on the date committed
-> Poor workmanship on the paint treatment so instead of adding lusture to the body for longer time, the beadings have all been scratched all around the vehicle
-> The positioning of the sunroof was changed unilaterally without even informing me, the customer
-> The car was handed over without even doing a proper cleaning
-> The PDI and basic checks were lacking to the extent that I had to make a regular visit for the next three days as they kept on missing out one thing or the other
-> No Warranty cards for the products were voluntarily provided. I had to get each one of them only through repeated follow-ups
Till today, a month after, they are yet to come back on how they managed to scratch the skirting all around the car.
It could be that this kind of treatment / skill gap is reserved for the Fiat vehicles & customers only as I had heard good reputation of theirs in Pune from various Tata vehicle customers.
