Absolute Bullshit!

If you want to watch a thriller DO NOT WATCH BAAZ

It is an absolutely crappy movie. The suspense carries well in the first part, but wanes in the second part. After the secret is out and we all know who the killer is, the movie drags on and on.

Karisma has matured as an actress over the years.Dino Morea is good but was better in Gunaah.Preity does not match the role of a tough cop...though she has tried to do a good job.Sunil Shetty is as usual impassive.Jackie Shroff is also as usual.

The movie has tried to create suspense for no reason.Like they show Dino Morea throwing a bottle of ink on Karisma’s sketch, trying to destroy it.The makers try hard to make viwers believe that every one who is not the killer is the killer. What do these people think. We viwers are absolute idiots?then there is the rope-way sham. For no rhyme or reason the heroine is made to dangle from a broken ropeway chair.Just before that, she receives a call from Preity, the cop saying that her life is in danger.Preity could have told her she was a cop. Then there would be more credibilty to her warning. But she just leaves an anonymous message.

Ok, there’s more...

Just before Preity is killed (sorry folks for telling you), she is seen to have met Jackie Shroff.Anything to make us believe that he’s the killer.

Watching Baaz means leaving your senses and intellect in the hands of it’s makers who will treat you like a mental case and impose anything on your understanding for the next 2 hours or so.

The next time someone wants to make a hindi murder mystery, I suggest he takes a leaf out of teh movie KAUN.Tha’s by far the best hindi thriller i’ve seen

For all would-be watchers of Baaz....all the best!!!
