I have purchased a flat in Gottigere from Babji Developers. However, there behavior after the payment is made is highly unprofessional.
They have been delaying possession and there paper work is also not good. In most buildings they build illegal floors.
This means the owner does not get a valid possession certificate. Although there projects look good from exterior, the quality of construction is not good.
They also cheat on actual carpet area. The loading percent is 33%..
Highly not recommended.
