I shop a lot online as I do not have the time to visit the stores. Babyoye is one of the worst site for online shopping. They send you the product in a very bad condition and when you ask for refund or return they ask you to courier back the product and shipping cost has to be borne by the customer....how ridiculous, If I have the time to go and courier back the product I might as well visit a store and buy the product.
There are so many other sites which offer similar products as babyoye and better service for sure. Firstcry.com, hushbabies.com, hoopoos.com, mybabycart.com are some of them I keep shopping at these sites and I am really happy with their service. if the product is faulty they arrange for a reverse pick up and do not charge the customer for that. Babyoye.com needs to work on service.
Very very disappointing exp with babyoye I will I could rate you with no stars...very bad service. My advise is try firstcry.com they are the best and my personal favourite.
