I placed an order via BabyOye website and they came back confirming that the product was shipped. We waited for several days and never received the product. Upon repeated follow-ups there was no real solution offered as the Customer Service guy kept sending email templates telling the product has been delivered on wrong address. And when we asked for the details of the address where it was wrongly delivered, that was the last we heard from them. Emails after emails yielded no result and they never bothered to respond back or refunded the money back. They are a fraud website and have stumbled across several negative comments about the level of service and support provided by them.
