This was my first order on the website babyoye. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the product I received today.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the product BPBBA00654: Babyoye Baby Girl Hairband with Rossette - Light Pink.
I am attaching the photos of the product I received at home and the one that was shown online by website, so that you can yourself verify the points mentioned below.
1)The product looks unfinished and totally unprofessional.It cannot be used as a gift, the purpose for which it was bought since it would be an embarrassment to gift something that is unfinished.
2)It is so hard on the inside due to glue that it cannot be used on a baby’s head. The low quality glue rigidly sticking makes it unacceptable and gives an overall unpleasant visual experience.
3)The actual product looks different from the one shown online as the online version has two teeth lines inside while the actual has only one. The online version gives an idea of being wider.
4)The roses are put together neatly in the online version however in the actual one rose is apart from the other two.
5) The cloth used in the center rose is different from the material used in other two.
6) The stitching of the roses has not completely done and there are ends/threads coming out which makes it look like its torn.
