I had a terrible and disgusting experience in buying a Fischer Price toy from this site. They shipped a faulty product and never agreed to it. The same product in an offline store was quite different in its working condition.
There customer service works on mere stupidity and never listens to their customer. While they focus on building their relation with their Vendor.

I will wait for another two days. Else, im going to start posting bad and poor reviews about your service and product replacement assurances that you make on your website on all leading internet forums and facebook by copying and pasting all these communications. Also, I have lost patience in reading your regret emails. May be I should have bought things directly from offline store which would not have caused any of these troubles for me.

Im very very disappointed of being a customer on your site firstly. It has taken a mental trauma of helping you customer service understand the product that was shipped was a faulty one. In addition, the prolonged conversations with Vendor of yours.
I would like to ask you a couple of questions:
Have I bought the product from your website or your vendor? And why should I have prolonged calls with a Vendor of yours to help him understand the problem? Is your customer service not equipped to deal with issues of this sort?
Why does it take so long to resolve one simple issue or compliant?
How long is it going to still take for your customer service to resolve this?
