We ordrerd some christmas gifts for our daughter on 5th december. Till today(12th Dec) its not delivered. Shows shipped on 8th Dec. The site does not provide tracking number or anything. Customer care has a standard answer that it will be delivered in another 2 days.
Today, we have many dotcom shopping sites aggressively marketing their service. I am not sure what Babyoye management is planning. At the least, we expect them to apologise for the delay, or give a reason for delay. Customer care is ill-equipped and gives reasons like "its shipped from Delhi, Saturday and Sunday is holiday for shipping company" etc. I don’t know which shipping comany takes so long to reach Bangalore from Delhi. Today, any decent shipper will have a website and trackign number. Babyoye seems to depend on some low cost sub standard service providers.
Reasons are clearly laughable and appropriate only for people who have no online shopping experience.
Some of the products are cheaper in this site when compared to other similar sites. Anyways, lesson learned and sharing with you. This is my last time here.
