Babyoye has a variety of products but the shipping and cust service is so so bad. I ordered a shoe on the 11 Apr 2013 and today is 18 Apr and I’ve still not got it, Imagine 8 days? This is pathetic.And when I called the Cust service they told me they ship things from Mumbai, Mumbai to B’lore 8 days?
Is the product walking and coming! Things from eBay USA comes to B’lore within 10 days . And the Cust care people think that once the shipping is done its not theirs but our headache to chase the product all she was saying is MAM WE HAVE SHIPPED THE PRODUCT ON 14TH ITSELF.
I buy a lot of stuff online and Hoopos delivered me mostly the same day and Firstcry too does not take more than 3 days, I’m not going to shop anymore with Babyoye. The do charge 50 rs for shipping anything below 500 rs so the shoe I got my son was 499 and when I did the payment it showed 549 they had charged for that 1 rs..I have not seen or come across anything like this.
