Bad experience in buying toys

I ordered a toy listed in the website and got the acknowledgement that it is shipped. I kept calling for two weeks and the customer service personnel who attended the call said the item is in transit but unable be track it. At last they figured out that the item has not left the warehouse, because there is not stock!


I asked them to revert my credit card transaction but they ended up giving me a voucher.


All I could find for that price was a lunch box set displayed on their site. I ordered the lunch box set, but what I actually received was a much smaller lunch box set and not the same item which was displayed. So, I decided never to buy online from this site again.
