I borrowed this book from my sister-in-law. She and I have totally different tastes in books. She shudders at my books, I just blink at hers. I like mystery, suspense, murder, something to keep me awake at night. She likes soft and short books.
But I was desparate. I didn’t have anything else to read. She lent me the three books in this series. I read this one. I was actually surprised at how much I liked it. I like the style Carly Phillips writes with. She did make me want to turn the pages.
The characters in the book were almost real. But could a man actually be that perfect? Would you want him to be? Duh - yeah! I guess that’s why this book is fiction right?
The three brothers in here might be unbelievable, but that doesn’t mean you won’t fall in love with them as you read the story. Now I can look forward to reading the next two in the series.
