When it started out I heard people saying how good the rolls were.
People just sweared by "Bade’s" rolls. I have visited it only twice and both the times I was thoroughly disappointed.I thought this place was totally overrated, since there are a hundreds of other places in Mumbai that are way better and no one has even heard of. Both the times I had ordered for a chicken rolls, The chicken rolls are all above the price of Rs 70/- now but are completely tasteless. They fail to appease the palate.
The rolls are so dry and thick that makes it hard to bite into and swallow.
The chicken is not tender or juicy either.
I wont talk much about the ambiance since there isn’t any. One is expected to just eat in the car or sit on the rickety chairs placed along the sidewalks.But that isn’t a major point of concern.If the food would be good, this would hardly matter. But for the hype that has been created about "Bade’s" one begins to analyze details quite stringently since the rolls have been such a let down.
