The movie starts with a beautiful message of Removing the Dowry system from our society . Varun Dhawan as Badrinath and Alia Bhatt shows good acting skills but failed to produce actual local dialect of Jhansi and Kota where their characters are based upon . Movie is good in first half but loose its momentum in second half . In the second half of the movie director tries to pull the story till the climax of the movie but seems to be failing doing it efficienlty .
Music and songs almost the remakes of Old Hindi Super Hits like Tamma Tamma(from Tamma Tamma) and Badri ki Dulhania title track(from Pinjre wali Munia) but are good to listen .
Overall movie is just a one time watch for Varun Dhawan lover and if you’re not the fan of Varun Dhawan, please don’t go for wasting the money .
