Started exploring waiting period for Dzire before booking and landed at Bagga link motors , Patparganj Delhi. Before coming to bagga link I visited many car dealers of Delhi-NCR, but I was surprised to see the response I got at Bagga Link.
I was offered Tea/ Coffee and a Test drive was also arranged immediately. Sales representatives Minita Sharma and Anshu Verma , both were giving full attention to me . Their waiting period for Dzire was also less than the other Maruti Dealers.
I was surprised to see the professional attitude of sales persons and employees of bagga link. As per their promise I could get my Dzire in six weeks only(as promised). However, it was not the same colour I asked , but I was not complaining because they explained their problems in getting desired vehicle properly to me. Prices charged for accessories were also very competitive .
After completing formalities , I was told to come after 3 hours and before three hours I got a call to take the delivery of vehicle. after reaching within 15 minutes vehicle was handed over to me . Every unit was doing allotted job properly. I was properly explained about the vehicle, and before delivering the vehicle , a bunch of flowers presented to all of us by sales team. Surprisingly , nobody asked for any kind of tip. I’ll certanly update about future interactions with Bagga Link.
