UPDATE: I even wrote to their CEO Salil Kumar (salil.kumar@intoday.com). There is absolutely no response after 5 days.


And today their call center is not working, neither is their chat. I think this is in its final stages of shutting down.


From an avid e-Commerce shopper, I must say that this company is the most unprofessional and irresponsible of the lot. They are just using the brand of India Today to cheat customers like me.


At this time I believe that the entire team behind this organization, including the CEO, Salil has absolutely no professional integrity.

I ordered an item on the site which promised shipment in 2 days. After 3 weeks, they are still not sure when the item will be shipped. Also there is no refund. Its only a store credit which "may or may not happen in 2-7 days", the exact words of the customer service rep.


I went ahead and ordered the same item from another online site and it has already been dispatched in 2 days. So its not an availability problem


Call center reps cannot speak good English. I think they have been trained to just buy time for shipment.


This is the worst e-Commerce company in India. I refuse to buy anything from them in the future. Also I hope the big bosses in India Today Group are noting how their brand is taking a hit. They should just exit this business because they cannot just run it.
