I have ordered a combo of shoes from bagit today for my brothers birthday (order no. is 33950138). I have done my first transaction in faith, since bagittoday is India today group. They have shipped my goods on 13th Aug as per the email through Aramex 40612681874, after waiting for 7 days and tracking my order the product is still in Indranagar Bangalore.
Later I called Bagittoday for the status since I have placed the order and made the payment to them. They given Aramex number and told me to track with them. When i contacted Aramex on 21st Aug they communicated that the product is still hold with bagittoday and they told me to contact bagittoday only after the tracking says Indranagar Bangalore also.
The next day i have called bagittoday they once again said since it is already despached they are not responsible anymore and i has to contact the courier guys only. Both the courier and online shopping are playing me as a football. They feel they can cheat and suck the customer money. Today 28th August i have called the Aramex guys and asked for the status they said the product got lost and i has to contact bagittoday for refund or resending the product.
I have contacted bagittoday again this morning they said the complaint has been raised and within 4-5 days i may get a refund or they will send the product again. I am now ready to place a case on bag it today guys because i lost my respect from my brother for not giving the birthday gift. Also both Bag it today and aramex are doing partnership to cheat customers and looting their money by online shopping.
Can anyone please help me in this regards and get compensation from these guys. So that they won’t cheat the customers and the customers always be a king.
