I bought a watch Rocio make Dual Dial from bagittoday.com to gift one of my friend. After using it for two days now the seconds hands does not work. When I called them they say we are not responsible and contact the watch company.
When I sent a mail at customercare@rociointernational.com to watch company Rocio, the mail is bouncing back now whom should I contact what should I do.
