I ordered a silver pendant for rs. 800. Only after a long week I received the product, that too cheap earings. I contacted them asap and demanded that they deliver me the proper product.
They gave me a long procedure for returning which was full with flaws. I followed the instruction diligently and returned their product to the given address. How ever when I called them to ask weather they have received they denied it. All thought the courier that I sent was tracked as delivered. I thought it is nothing but miscommunication. After 3 days of calling they said they jave received the product and will dispatch it within 24 hrs.
2 weeks passed and I didn’t receive it. I called today again. Now they were again demanding proof of dellivery that’s when I got frustrated and started dking some background check on the site. This when I found mouthshut and its reviews.
My bill number for bag it today is 1018252823. I had played the order on 14th of Dec and received the wring product on 20th of Sec
I am current filling a complain against them in consumer forum for fraud and planning to sue them.
