Bagittoday.com is one of those websites that seems to be guided by the maxim of not bothering about the customers who purchase goods from its website. It has one of the lousiest customer care services that one could ever encounter.
Once they are caught on the wrong foot, as it happened in my case, and when I posted the complaint on their Facebook change(this is going on for more than a month) they keep on asking about the order no. Beyond that no action seems to happen.
I had purchased a supposed leather jacket from this website, which when arrived had its stitches spliced open I kept on writing about its refund nothing happened, every time a new executive popped with the structured message that my complaint is being looked into.
Then suddenly I found that the supposed leather jacket’s upper cover started peeling off all by itself, and beneath it was revealed a rexin so what was sold as a leather jacket turned out to be fake and it was rexin jacket that was being sold. Imagine the ignominy that I may bought myself, had I worn that jacket and gone out. I have never seen a cloth wearing on its own, but Bagittoday does not seem to be bother.
Besides, the inordinate delays in refund is another sour point. They take more than a month and a half to refund my money, while other websites do it within a matter of few days.
So my advice would be, shun this website and stop any transaction whatsoever, as the mool mantra of an online transaction is excellent customer care, but in the case of Bagittoday customer care does not exist at all.
They believe in the philosophy of cheating the customer and trying to buck the issue as much as could be possible.
