I ordered a pair of on 1st February 2014 by using my credit card. You wont believe that I didn’t get any kind of response about the order till 20th February 2014.
On 20th one of their executive called me and said that the product is not available with them and they will refund my money but it will be in the form of points.
Now you can understand how they cheat customers but I have filed a complaint in the consumer court against these guys.
I would like to request everybody who read this review, please never buy any product from them because they will cheat you. If you want to check my order number please go to their website and click on track your order and enter 33608502.
I will never suggest anyone to but any product from Bagittoday. I think they should change their name to’Begittoday’ because from the date of order I was begging for the product and now I am begging for my money.
