Not just once, I have been fooled twice by this online retailer. there will never be anyone who responds to your complaints. items will easily take over 2 weeks beyond the scheduled date to get delivered. Best avoided. I had booked a gift for my father on his birthday and had safely booked a week in advance. However today even after 16 days of booking, the delivery is no where in sight.
To top it, the contacts don’t work, emails will not work. Not sure what works here?
