I ordered a RBK WATCH-BLACK from bag it today. Subs of india today book club, the order number 0GA100117951 for Rs.499, on 20.11.2010 and had to wait Two Months for the delivery, upon receiving the product found that, they have sent me a Faulty (watch was not working) product. So I send mail to them and also called their customer care. Customer care person answered me that the courier pickup person come and replace the faulty watch in eight days. But after waiting for 15 days I called again to customer care and they put me on hold for 25 min and after that person told me to send it by courier including copy of Bill to Delhi office which was costd me 250 Rs.
I asked them who pay the Courier charges the person disconnects the line. I have sent many mails. I called several times but when you call their customer care. After few mins of talking. They hung up call on your face.. couple of times while I was speaking to them..
I suggest to all my friends don’t go with Beg it Today.
