I’ve ordered an item through Bagittoday on 27th July-2013. I tried calling their customer care number as I didn’t receive the item even after one week.
They said its under process and will receive it in 3 days time, after waiting some more days I called them again only to be informed that such an item is out of stock. I’ve written an email to their customer care id and received a response to wait for some more time. After a week I called up their customer care number and there was no response at all.
I wrote several emails and there was no resolution - In the end I registered a complaint with Consumer Forum and they wrote an email to Bagittoday. Then I received an email from Bagittoday and told that I would receive the money as store credit. Even after continuous follow-ups I’ve not received the credit till this moment.
Friends - Never, ever buy from Bagittoday - The worst online cheaters I’ve seen till date!
