I booked a domestic holiday (3nights and 4 days) paying online Rs 3999 on 22Oct 2013. Then after a month they sent a link to pay 499. I paid online. That is it. No further communication from them. No response when phoned to customer care. Only dirty music.
A few times some people spoke and said they would call me after two days. So many days have passed. No response to mails. I even wrote to the CEO of Bagittoday, but no use. It appears they are cheating. They must learn how to do business from Flipkart.
I wonder whether India Today Group knows about the way Bagittoday is doing business. Is it business? For heavens, don’t go for Bagit. They will bag your money.
