Bag It Today Holiday package Only on papers.
This package is sold by bag it today for holiday stay in 5 star hotels. But the link to do the bookings does not work. I was ableto get the link to work after calling customer support for 20 days. After that there is no confirmation of the booking.
Customer support do not pick up the call. There is scarcely any response to emails. And sometimes when they respond, only to say we are looking into the issue on a urgent basis. And then disappear for ages. Never come back.
I asked for a refund, as I don’t want to use the product. Again no response. It’s a horrible site. Please do not buy any products from this site.
