Secondly regarding the product please answer us with whats the quality of a tracksuit forget it its reebok or a local brand as far as my knowledge its a jacket + track pant
although as you mentioned in your last mail my knowledge being a customtakeouter must be lacking somewhere..so please enhance my knowledge & tell me what is a TRACKSUIT consist of?? as per the product got delivered its a shirt with a good for nothing ZIP which gets jammed at the end. with a trackpant. then new product which is delivered to a customtakeouter is never dirty no matter its pure white

where as what we got is dirty.. then linned with a pink thread whose color is smashed on white & spoiling white color.. may be my color sense is less but who use pink thread over white? then branded company never deliver a dirty product & if jacket of a tracksuit is suppose to be a shirt then whats the use of tracksuit actually? please explain
anyways you can find video attached regarding your product which has a tag of 4000k where as its quality is not even of 400..its less than 100.
anyways its no point discussing anything please tell me how can we get our money back.. as this is not the product we were expecting.. although have lost hopes that bagittoday would give any apt reply as far as I googled your image its worse on fb even on your page people are complaining that you cheated them.. & here also its the same case..where as I have ordered many products from snap deal , homeshop18, flipcart only once I faced a problem of cheaper quality product but they were quick enough to replace the product within 7working days.. 1st experience with bagittoday which is the worst experience.. prove me wrong if I am saying that your product is cheap & your service is good.. as on internet your image is worst.. regretting my decision of shopping through your portal
