Bag it today group is a very big fraud company. Don’t go with the name of India today group. I am writing this hopefully helping at least one man and saving from this group fraud victim.
In the first week of January 2014 I received a phone call from bag it today representative Kuldeep Pandey. Offering me a 50% discount on every purchase I make in future with bag it today, One assured gift one Panasonic LCD TV, diamonds worth 30000, one tab with key board, one sunglasses, a pair of wrist watch, and a bag.
I trusted them as I have made some purchase with them. So I paid Rs.13999. They never provided me the link to achieve 50% discount and neither the LCD tv. Though they send the Diamonds but they are worthless. The diamonds does not have any value in market. They have sent the Tab, the sunglass, the bag, the pair watch.
But the tab is a 2nd hand/used product, some keys & the battery is not working, nobody of my family or friend wants to use the sunglasses, the bag & the watch pair even I offered them for free. Such a poor quality products they have sent.
Now I cant even talk to that Kuldeep Pandey. Whenever I call the representative either does not pick up the phone or put it on hold or says Kuldeep Pandey is not present today in the office. But before making transaction he made so much calls and responded my call so quickly. So I am frustrated and stop calling them because now I have clearly understand that making call to them is worth less and waste of money.
I don’t understand how can they run such a cheap and fraud business for so many years. I read so many complaints about them alas I should read them before I made the transaction.
So if anybody is receiving calls about any offer from bag it today, I suggest please don’t trust them. If this writing helps somebody even a little bit, please let me know.
